General Construction:
a. Hardwood solids/edges with wood veneer of the specified species are required on all vertical surfaces (no printed veneers,
engraved veneers, vinyl or laminate).
b. All case pieces are to have a full top front rail and full top back rail, a full bottom panel and a full back bottom rail. All
casepieces are to be secured with cleats, corner blocks, screws, dowels, and glue. All casepieces with large doors are to have two
adjustable floor glides, one in each front corner.Gluing, Fastening and Framing:
All joints are to be machined true and even to ensure structural strength and integrity. All wood screw cleats and corner blocks
are to be screwed and glued in both directions. All assembly joints, tenon and groove joints, wood cleats, corner blocks, dowel
joints, miter joints, etc. are to be thoroughly and evenly glued in accordance with the highest standards in the industry. Excess
glue is to be removed from visible areas. The glues used shall be of the highest and best grade obtainable.
