Children play in a busy playground, they use the slide and dance in a circle. Women with prams in the playground. Older boys slide down the slide. Two young lads, smilling, they look like identical twins. Girl on a see saw. Lots of kids spinning around on a roundabout ride. Smiling happy faces of children. Kids dance in a circle again (Ring-a-Ring-a-Rosie?). One boy sits on the grass, two girls run up to him and try to stand him up. He can’t walk and sits down again.
A crippled girl walks along the pavement assisted by her parents and with another girl. A girl is pushed in a wheelchair by her parents. A young man in a suit limps up to an older man holding a clipboard, they talk. The young man wants a job. The older man shakes his head and the young man limps away. The same man continues along the street and enters another business where a sign says MEN WANTED. He walks up to another man with a clipboard but he turns him away.
